Due to the nature of food products, GAUVVIA follows a strict return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • The wrong product was delivered.

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear photographs.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Change of mind.
  • Minor variations in texture or aroma (as these are natural characteristics).

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
